微信公众号报错errcode48001errmsgapi unauthorized hints req_id xxx

原因：没有权限。用的个人版，有些功能的权限只有企业版才有，所以报错。可以在公众号后台里的接口权限界面看，自己的公众号开启了哪些权限。
